The CIAAD Design Centre is everything a designer ever wanted. Located alongside the CIAAD Material Library this facility offers a variety of spaces for the testing and prototyping of concepts. An array of equipment and machines are available for use including CNC cutting, 3D printing, and more being added.

 

The CIAAD Design Centre also features numerous laboratories dedicated to the testing of light solutions, acoustics, motion as well as the state of the art Mixed Reality Laboratory that enables designers to make use of HoloLens VR/AR combined with physical environments to test volumes, usability, practicality, ambience and experience.
